We awoke to a fine day, something we were not expecting when we left the preparations for the Woodshow on the Friday evening before.   Not only was it fine, but it got better as the day went on, setting the scene for what was a wonderful Woodshow.

The enthusiasm of members, soon had the stands up, and everyone was in position to welcome visitors and get the show under way. Participators and demonstrators were setting up and even before time, our paying guests were "streaming through the turnstiles".

Our hard working Chefs Russ Torr, Steve Spence, Fred Robjent, Bert Goodsell soon had the tantalising smell of food wafting through the grounds, attracting customers.

Many thanks to all the members who worked tirelessly through the day performing the onerous tasks of keeping a show like this running.   Judging by the response from visitors, demonstrators and all present, the day was a great success.

The results of our raffle were as follows:

2nd Prize:   $450.00 voucher on Rabit Express Bowral          - Bowral Tyre Service
3rd Prize:   $150.00 voucher on Angus & Robertson Bowral - J Doyle Moss Vale.

Congratulations to the winners of these excellent prizes, and thank you to all who sold tickets.
