Roger Browne lives in Huonville Tasmania and works out of the Glen Huon Turnery. He is a member of The Woodcraft Guild of Tasmania, and is a firm believer that the best way to promote our craft is to be very proactive with the sharing of our ideas freely.

Roger and his wife manage the Forest and Heritage Centre and many of our members have seen Roger demonstrate before. Roger is bringing his own prepared blanks so we will see some of those famous Tasmanian timbers. As well, Roger has forged his reputation on spindle turning so combining his talents with our other presenters will give us a very diverse and interesting weekend's entertainment.
